Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 5 1/2 to 6 c. plain flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Warm milk.

2Add all ingredients, except flour (only use 3 cups now).

3Stir.

4Add milk; beat until smooth.

5Add 2 1/2 cups more flour; mix.

6Pour out on floured surface and knead.

7Add more flour, to get slightly slick ball.

8Knead about 4 to 5 minutes. Put into greased bowl; let raise about 1 1/2 hours.

9Separate into 3 pieces; roll each until rectangular.

10Roll up and put on greased cookie sheet.

11Slit 1/4-inch deep across loaf.

12Let raise 1 hour, or until double in size.

13Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
