- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry powdered milk
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over warm water and stir to dissolve. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2Beat until well blended.

3This makes a stiff batter.

4Pour into 3 greased loaf pan (foil pans).

5Cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour.

6Bake at 375° about 35 minutes.

7May use for sandwich bread or toast and butter.
