  • 2/3 c. milk, scalded
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour

    Work down and roll out 1/4-inch thick.
