- 2 C. warm water
- 1 egg
- 4 C. self rising flour
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 2 Tbsp. warm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and add remaining ingredients and then spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Adjust baking time if using a dark, non-stick pan. These make up nicely in the mini muffin tins also. Batter will keep in refrigerator for several days.
