- 2 c. very warm water
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in warm water.

2Melt butter; cream with sugar. Add egg and yeast mixture.

3Add flour.

4Store in refrigerator overnight.

5Put in muffin tins and bake at 350°.
