  • 1 1/16 cups semolina
  • 3 3/8 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 15/16 tablespoons pine nuts substitute with dried blueberries
  • 1 3/8 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • lemon peel

    Preheat the oven to 170C.

    Cook the semolina in the milk in a medium saucepan and add the pine nuts, ground in a mortar with the sugar once the mixture has thickened.

    Add the butter, a pinch of salt, and the lemon peel, add the eggs when the mixture has cooled.

    Fill the muffin liners with the mixture and bake them for approximately 50 minutes.

    Remove the treats from the oven, let them cool, and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
