Yeast Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. yeast (RapidRise)
- 1 egg (at room temperature)
- 2 c. Bisquick (regular or lite)
Directions

1Heat water and milk to almost boiling in large bowl.

2(I do this in the microwave.)

3Sprinkle yeast on top of hot liquid.

4Let sit 5 minutes; stir gently.

5Add egg (I run hot water on it to warm it up).

6Beat.

7Add Bisquick; beat well.

8Let bowl sit for 30 minutes in a warm place.

9Mixture will look lumpy and bubbly. Pour in hot oiled skillet and fix like other pancakes.
