Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1In saucepan bring to a boil milk and margarine.

2Let cool to lukewarm.

3Mix yeast in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes.

4Beat eggs, sugar and salt together in a large bowl.

5Add milk and mix well.

6Add yeast, mix well.

7Add flour, a little at a time, and mix well.

8Put on well floured board and knead for 5 to 8 minutes or until smooth.

9Put into a slightly greased bowl and grease with margarine.

10Let rise until doubled in bulk.

11Knock down, roll out, and shape as desired.

12Dip in melted margarine.

13Put into greased pan.

14Cover and let rise.

15Bake in 375° oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
