- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Knead as though making biscuits. Roll to 1/2-inch thick.

3Cut with biscuit cutter and place on greased baking sheet.

4Dot with butter and let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 400° until brown.
