- 2 1/2 lb. flour (4 c. flour = 1 lb.)
- 1/4 c. yeast
- 1/8 c. salt
- 1 c. dried milk
- 3/4 c. lard
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix flour, yeast, salt and dry milk in large bowl.

2Add eggs, melted lard and 3 cups warm water.

3Add sugar.

4Mix real well.

5If too dry, add 1/2 cup water.

6Cover and let rise in bowl.

7Then roll out on floured dough board.

8Don't roll too thin.

9Cut with biscuit cutter and let rise.

10Bake at 425°.

11Makes 40 rolls, more or less.
