- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Heat the first 4 ingredients to the stage you can test with finger without burning.

2Beat eggs and the first mixture and beat to mix.

3Add yeast.

4Add flour, one cup at a time.

5Beat until dough is smooth.

6If dough seems too thin, add additional flour until dough climbs up the beaters.

7Set bowl in warm water; let rise until double in bulk.

8Turn on greased baking sheet.

9Let rise for 20 to 30 minutes in a warm place.

10Bake for 20 minutes in a 400° oven.

11Makes 20 to 24 rolls.
