- 4 c. bread flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- 2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Put 2 cups of sifted bread flour in a bowl with yeast, sugar and salt.

2Pour warm milk, warm water and margarine into bowl.

3Mix with electric mixer 2 minutes, gradually add other flour until dough is kneadable.

4Put in another bowl and let rest 10 to 15 minutes.

5Punch down now and make into rolls.

6Place on a biscuit pan and let rise again, about 30 minutes.

7Now bake at 400° for about 15 minutes.

8Butter tops and eat.

9You'll need some jelly.
