  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 5 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 cups Dipping Chocolate

Directions

    In a mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla and confectioners sugar.

    When finished mixing, roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

    In a double boiler, heat up the dipping chocolate on medium until melted.

    Using a toothpick or wooden skewer, dip the balls in the chocolate, leaving a little dot.

    Allow to cool on the wax paper until the chocolate has hardened once again.
