Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. cold water
- 7 to 8 c. (7 1/2 c.) all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

2Set aside.

3Combine oleo with boiling water and cool.

4Add 1 cup cold water, sugar, salt and eggs to yeast mixture.

5Mix well.

6Add 7 1/2 cups flour to make soft dough.

7Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. When ready to use, take out amount you want to make on floured dough board or cabinet.

8Roll out to desired size.

9Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

10Let rise 1 to 2 hours.

11Butter before baking for even cooking.
