- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 sticks oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Melt oleo and cream with sugar. Add beaten egg and dissolved yeast.

3Add flour and stir until mixed.

4Let rise a few minutes.

5Place by spoonfuls in greased muffin tins.

6Bake at 350°

7for 30 minutes.

8Batter may be stored in refrigerator in tight covered bowl 2 or 3 days.
