- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix flour, shortening and sugar in large bowl.

3Mix yeast in 1 cup warm water.

4Let yeast dissolve about 5 minutes, then mix all together.

5Leave in bowl and set on top of oven; cover.

6Let rise for 1 hour.

7Roll out on floured board; cut like biscuits.

8Dip in butter.
-
9Place in pan; let set 30 minutes more and bake.
