- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water plus 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Mazola oil
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk, then cool.

2Add sugar, salt, oil, eggs and yeast. Last, add flour.

3Mix well.

4Cover and let rise until doubled in size.

5Punch down and let rise again.

6Work bread dough well with hands; divide into 24 pieces.

7With Crisco on hands, shape into individual pieces.

8Place onto well-greased pan.

9Cover.
-
10Let dough rise to double in size.

11Bake 25 minutes in 375° oven.
