- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil or shortening
- 7 to 7 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Mix yeast with milk, sugar and salt.

2Stir

3until yeast is dissolved.

4Add eggs and shortening. Stir in flour with a spoon as long as you can, then finish mixing it with your hands until all the flour is mixed well.

5Wet a towel in hot water and put over top of the bowl.

6You can let rise a little while, then pour it out, roll them and cut them out.

7Let them finish rising before you bake them.

8Bake at 350° until brown.
