  • about 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix 3 cups flour with the other ingredients well. Mix in the other 3 cups flour slowly. Mix well. Put into greased bowl and turn greased side up. Let rise 1 hour in warm place. Knead well. Make into rolls and let rise another hour. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes or until done.
