- 3/4 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 c. water for yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Knead until smooth.

3You can leave overnight in refrigerator.

4Punch down and make into rolls.

5Let rise until nice and high, about 1 1/2 hours.

6Make into 10 inch circle.

7Butter each circle and cut in half.

8Make 6 pie-shaped pieces.

9Start from big end and roll into crescent rolls.

10Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
