  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 c. All Purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs (beaten)

Directions

    Mix all of the above together.

    Let set over night.

    Next morning knead lightly, put in muffin pan and let rise 4 to 6 hours.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
