Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 6 c. plain flour

Directions

    Pour hot water over oleo, salt and sugar.

    Stir to dissolve. Let cool.

    Dissolve yeast in cup of cool water and add to mixture. Stir in beaten eggs.

    Add flour gradually.

    You may not use all of the flour or you may need more.

    Dough should be sticky.

    Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Roll out and shape.

    Let rise until double in size.

    Bake at 450 until brown.
