- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. instant milk powder
- 8 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix yeast with warm water and let stand.

2Cream eggs and shortening.

3Mix flour, sugar and milk powder.

4Add water to egg mixture, then add flour mixture.

5When mixed well, put a piece of waxed paper over top of mixing bowl and set a plate on top.

6Leave in refrigerator overnight.

7Roll out and let set to rise about 2 hours.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.

9This makes about 48 rolls.

10Bake and store in freezer.

11Take out and use as needed. Reheat in oven.
