- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 c. fresh cut corn
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crispy; drain and crumble.

2Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet.

3Add corn, green pepper and onion.

4Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring often; stir in bacon, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

5Spoon mixture into a highly greased 2-quart shallow baking pan.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
