  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. apricot nectar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a Bundt pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

    Bake at 350° until cake begins to brown, then turn oven to 250° and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
