  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. cool water

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Beat 3 minutes at high speed (450 strokes by hand).

    Scrape bowl often.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly in center.

    Cool right side up for 25 minutes.

    Remove from pan.
