  • 3 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 12 garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 14 teaspoon salt (If Broth is salt free)
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 dashes saffron (It's more for color) (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce (For color)
  • 12 cup butter (One stick)
  • 12 cup cilantro (optional)
  • 1 cup peas (optional)

Directions

    In a blender, add all ingridence except for Rice and peas.

    Blend.

    In a small pot, bring mixture to a boil.

    Add Rice.

    Add Peas.

    Simmer on low for 15 minutes.

    Do not Stir!

    This will make it mushy.
