- 3/4 lb bacon
- 4 large yellow squash
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 large onion
Directions

1Wash the squash

2Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

3Cut both ends off squash.

4Stand on the end.

5Slice in two pieces, long ways about a quarter of the diameter of the squash.

6Hollow out the thicker half of the squash.

7Take the hollowed out meat of the squash and put in the pan with margarine and onion.

8Add half the salt, and all the garlic.

9Fry till squash is soft.

10Take the other half of the salt add to the hollowed out part.

11Add both cheeses and red wine vinegar to the boats.

12When stuffing for boats is done add to top of the cheeses.

13Wrap the bacon 2 slices each around each boat.

14Put in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.bake till bacon is crispy.
