Yellow Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions or 1 Tbsp. dried onions
  • 1 small jar pimento bits

Directions

    Cook squash and mash with a fork.

    Drain as well as you can. Mix soup, sour cream, onions and pimentos together, then stir in squash.

    Pour into a casserole dish that you have sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
