Yellow Squash Casserole

  • 3 c. diced, cooked squash, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. grated onion
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Grease baking dish.

    Mix oleo with stuffing mix (add flavor packet).

    Put half of stuffing mixture in bottom of baking dish. Mix squash, onion, soup and sour cream together.

    Put on top of stuffing mixture, then add rest of stuffing mixture on top.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
