  • 2 lb. yellow squash, scrubbed, scraped, cut into slices and boiled until tender
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut fine
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 onion, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.

    Mix with 1 1/2 cups of crumbs, onion, sugar, eggs, cheese, seasoning and 1/2 of melted oleo.
