- 2 lb. squash
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook, mash and drain squash.

2Pour melted oleo over stuffing; save some for the top.

3Mix everything together.

4Put into casserole dish.

5Top with stuffing that was put aside.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
