  • 8 tsp. reduced sugar jam, jelly or preserves
  • 24 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Directions

    Serve each person 1 bagel spread with 1 Tbsp.

    Enjoy each bagel serving with 3/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup each strawberries and blueberries.
