  • 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix ingredients until blended. Grease lightly a 9 x 11-inch pan.

    Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into diamond shape.
