  • 1 (5 fluid oz.) carton flavored yogurt
  • 3 cartons self-rising flour (use yogurt carton)
  • 1 carton vegetable oil
  • 2 cartons sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Using the yogurt carton as a measure, put all the ingredients into a bowl and beat well.

    Pour the mixture into a greased and lined 9-inch diameter round cake tin.

    Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours in electric at 160°C.

    Allow to cool in tin.
