- 3/4 lb. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- garlic salt
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 12 chicken breasts
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sweet sherry
- 3 oz. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. flour
- rice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter, add paprika and lemon juice.

3Dip chicken in the mixture.

4Lay in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic salt.

5Bake for 30 minutes, covered.

6Mix mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and sherry.

7Spread over chicken and sprinkle with almonds.

8Bake, covered, for an additional 30 minutes.

9Put chicken aside.

10Blend flour and sour cream and stir in pan juices.

11Cook over low heat until thick and smooth.

12Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
