- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300F.

2Put the yogurt in a bowl.

3Beat lightly with a whisk until smooth and creamy.

4Add the condensed milk.

5Mix it in thoroughly.

6Pour the mixture into a 2-cup ovenproof dish and cover it, with foil if necessary.

7Put this dish into a larger ovenproof dishor a baking panthat can hold enough water to come halfway up the sides of the smaller dish and act as a bain-marie.

8Pour very hot water into this second dish and place both dishes in the oven.

9Bake for 4045 minutes or until set.

10Remove from oven.

11Lift out the smaller dish and allow to cool.

12Cover and refrigerate until needed.
