- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. plain yogurt (room temperature)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), thawed and drained (optional)
- raisins or jam (optional)
Directions

1Sift all dry ingredients.

2Cut in margarine until crumbly. Mix yogurt, eggs and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.

3Mix only until moistened.

4Bake at 375° to 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
