- 1 Apple
- 150 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 5 and 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 40 ml Vegetable oil
- 100 grams Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Directions

1These are Tsugaru apples from a famous orchard.

2They are sweet and delicious eaten plain, but I used them to make my yogurt pommes.

3Cut apples into 5-mm thick slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

4To prepare the pie pan, grease with butter, then coat with flour.

5In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then sift.

6Combine the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl.

7Add the yogurt and mix well.

8Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.

9Mix until smooth without any lumps.

10Pour half of the batter in the pie pan.

11Layer with apple slices, then pour in the rest of the batter.

12Bake for 30 minutes at 200C.
