- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped finely
- 2 tsp. coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- salt, to taste
Directions

1Blend yogurt, cucumber, onion, coriander, tomato and salt until completely coated.
