- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F (190C)

2Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl or mixer.

3(Adjust to desire) Distribute about 1/2 teaspoon of butter per cup in a x12 muffin tin.

4Then preheat tin in oven melting the butter for approximately 3 minutes.

5(Adjust to desire) Distribute approximately 1/3 of batter into each cup and place in preheated oven at 375(190C) for 5 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350F (175C) for an additional 25 minutes or until golden.
