- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1place eggs and milk in blender

2add flour 2 tablespoons at a time while blending

3place mixture in fridge for a couple of hours, blending every 15 min or so.

4This incorporates air in mixture but keeps it cool

5Oven must be at 425F.

6prepare muffin tins while heating by adding 1teaspoon of oil in each muffin cup.

7place muffin tin with oil in oven and heat til pan and oil very hot.

8remove and add mixture to each cup equally.

9overblending is preferred to get air in mixture.

10bake till puffed and golden.
