- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- roast beef drippings
Directions

1Sift flour and salt into bowl.

2Drop eggs into a well in center of flour and pour in milk.

3Beat until smooth.

4When roast is done, remove from oven

5and keep warm.

6Increase oven heat to 450°.

7Pour beef drippings into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and heat until sizzling hot.

8Pour batter over hot drippings.

9Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until puffy and golden.

10Serve in slices with roast beef.
