- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. roast beef drippings
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy.

2Add milk, then flour and salt. Continue beating until batter is smooth.

3Divide 2 tablespoons of roast beef drippings into twelve 3-inch muffin cups.

4Tilt to coat evenly.

5Heat muffin pan in a 400° oven for 5 minutes.

6Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons batter in each greased cup.

7Bake at same heat for 30 minutes.

8Loosen pudding; transfer to platter.

9Serve immediately with roast beef.
