- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. lard or beef fat
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix salt, eggs and milk in a blender until frothy.

2Very slowly add flour and mix until well blended.

3Heat lard (or beef fat) in a 9-inch pie or cake pan until completely melted.

4Pour batter into pan while it is very hot.

5Cook for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and well risen on the sides.

6Serve as an accompaniment to roast beef.
