- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter; stir in flour.

2Add milk gradually.

3Cook and stir until thickened.

4Add salt.

5Melt cheese in cream sauce.

6Cook cabbage in boiling water for 20 minutes.

7Alternate layers of cabbage and cream sauce in a greased baking dish.

8Cover with buttered crumbs.

9Bake at 350° until crumbs are brown.
