- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Thirty minutes before roast beef is done, prepare Yorkshire Pudding.

2Heat square 9 x 9-inch pan in oven.

3Heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in pan over stove.

4Mix flour, salt, milk and eggs. Mix all ingredients with hand beater just until smooth.

5Take out heated pan from oven; pour in 1/2 cup heated oil and add the mixture.

6Put in 425° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

7When golden brown remove from oven and immediately cut into squares and remove from pan.

8Usually there is still oil in the pan.

9If you wait to remove the Yorkshire Pudding from the pan the excess oil will be absorbed into the pudding and will stick to the pan.

10Serve with butter.
