  • 23 cup whole wheat flour
  • 14 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 13 cup skim milk
  • 1 -2 egg white
  • 4 g Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 12 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa (optional)

Directions

    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, yeast and sugar substitute.

    In separate bowl, mix skim milk, water, beat in egg white, and vanilla extract.

    Slowly stir in wet ingredients to dry ingredients, divide into 7-8 sections, place into waffle iron for 1-2 min (or designated time by appliance).
