- 3 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups milk
- 34 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup dripping (from the roasting pan)
Directions

1Sift together the flour and the salt in a large mixing bowl.

2Add the milk, water and eggs.

3Beat the mixture until smooth.

4Cover the bowl and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.

5Pour the beef drippings into a shallow 10x15-inch baking dish.

6Place in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 10 minutes.

7Stir the batter again and pour into the baking dish.

8Bake 15 minutes.

9Reduce the heat to 350 degree F and bake 20 to 30 minutes, until the pudding is puffed and golden.
