- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and eggs with milk and water.

2Beat until smooth batter.

3Preheat cupcake pan on 450° with 1 teaspoon oil per cup.

4When pan is hot, add mixture to 1/2 full.

5Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° for another 10 minutes. Serve with roast beef and gravy.

7Pour gravy over Yorkshire Puddings.
